Wedding Planning Packages
Simply Stunning Events offers three wedding planning packages based on how involved you would like us to be in your event. All packages include a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your wedding and to ensure that we can meet every client’s individual needs. Details of all packages are explained during our meeting and after which you will be provided a custom wedding planning proposal. All packages include Kristin Kaplan as your wedding planner plus two event assistants on the day of your wedding.
Month-Of Wedding Coordination for the couple that wishes to do all the planning and preparation but would like a professional to finalize all the details and plans, then direct and coordinate the rehearsal and entire wedding day. This service begins at $1,400.
Full or Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination for the couple that seeks help with vendor and venue recommendations, budget development, task checklists, rental orders, guest accommodations, etiquette advisement, contract negotiation, invitations, rehearsal dinner planning, and much more. Packages range from $2,850 to $4,500.
For those looking for a professional, experienced wedding planner on more of a budget, we offer Associate Planning packages which begin at $900. Both of our Associate Planners each completed a 4 month internship with Simply Stunning Events, then worked as an Event Assistant on a minimum of 20 events before finally being asked to learn how to plan weddings from start to finish. Our Associates work part-time for Simply Stunning Events and plan an average of 5-8 weddings per year as well as assist on the rest of our weddings and events.

With our stellar design team and partnership with Brocade Design Arts, we will produce a personalized wedding filled with unique elements, rich colors, and lovely embellishments that is an extension of you as a couple. We believe in creating events as art; weddings that are more than just visually stunning, but touch all the senses, and thus integrating ambiance, decor, florals, papers, lighting, food, and music to compose an experience. Wedding design can be added to any event package and begins at $800.
