The food costs literally blew me AWAY. & also gave about 32 breakdowns. I 100% suggest getting food cost estimations for a few company's BEFORE booking anything else. By the time I realized my food budget was 100% over what we estimated.. I had already booked band, venues, photo booth.. several things that maybe we could have cut - had we known food would be SO SO much $$. {couldn't copy my text to spell check it..
