You may have noticed an extended blogging absence here but fear not, there are some awesome new happenings going on with Simply Stunning Events!
I recently stepped away from work for a whole 10 days as Brian and I headed up north to visit both our families. We spent some time pool-side in his home state of New Jersey and hanging out with my in-laws and our nieces and new 6 month old nephew. We even spent a lovely evening at the Jersey Shore (no Snooki or Situation sightings however) eating seafood, walking the boardwalk, playing Skee-Ball and riding the rides. After 4 days, we headed further north to my family’s lake-side cabin in upstate New York (the spot where Brian proposed 2 years ago) and spent the rest of the week laying on the dock and boating with my parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins. All in all it was a very relaxing vacation!
But alas now I’m back! And just in time for the fall wedding season! We are so excited about our remaining events for the year, as well as the wonderful new couples we’ve recently booked for next spring. We’ve started working on some great new wedding designs that are sure to be amazing! Be on the look-out too for….drumroll please…a new website coming next month!!! We are also re-vamping our planning packages and offering some sweet new services so stay tuned! Changes are a-coming!
