Quick Planning Tip – RSVP Cards

I am going to try something new over the next month or so and hopefully my wonderful readers will enjoy it. Introducing quick planning tips! These little tidbits of planning advice might not warrant a full novel length blog post (as some of my advice posts tend to be) but they are still important!

This week, I have a quick tip regarding your RSVP cards. While you think it might common knowledge for your guests to write their names on the card so that you know who has responded, it never ceases to amaze me how many folks forget this important step. Here is how to prevent headaches after receiving a blank RSVP card. Once you have created your guest list, assign each invited guest, couple or family a number. Then write that number on each of the RSVP cards (just a small number in pencil on the back corner will do) as you send them out. Then if you receive a blank one, a quick check of the number on the back will let you know who it’s from!

Happy Friday!
