It is my pleasure to introduce to you, one of our beautiful 2011 couples, Karson & Philip! This lovely couple was married in December at the First Lutheran Church and the reception was help at War Memorial. Although this was a December wedding, Karson wanted it to be a fun and glitzy evening without focus on the holidays. Her taste for sparkle and color is evident in every detail.
Fun fact: it was about 30 degrees outside while the wedding party were taking photos. They were troopers!
Karson changed into her grandmother’s simple and elegant wedding gown for the ceremony and then back into her own dress for the reception.
Check out this awesome ice carving done by Specialty Ice Carvings! I also absolutely love the color scheme Karson chose..navy blue with a pop of bright fun colors! Not your typical winter wedding colors. Hillary Yeager with Brocade Designs did a gorgeous job with all of the florals and the room wouldn’t have been complete without the chandelier from Visual Elements!
Big thank you to Whitney Bower for the amazing photography. These beautiful black and white photos look like they belong in a classic black and white film. Not to mention the bride and groom could pass as movie stars.
Karson & Philip- Thank you so much for letting Simply Stunning be a part of your special day! Congratulations, and we wish you all the best!
